Lead Relay terms — version 2026-09-06.3

Status: document prepared for completion and review before purchasing. New purchases are paused. Do not use it as an accepted contract while the indicated details and annexes are missing.

1. Parties and documents

Lead Relay is an Azprojs service. The owner identified in the documentation and connected account is Sergio del Pozo Alvarez, Spain. Contractual and privacy contact: contact@azprojs.net; support and billing: support@azprojs.net. Confirmed tax identification number (NIF), professional address and capacity to act must be added before purchasing. Stripe's personal verification does not establish tax registration or determine which address must be published.

The individual proposal identifies the customer, workspace, operators, source, permitted volume, start date, retention, support and the total price applicable to that customer. These terms, the data processing agreement and its provider annex form part of it. A downloadable copy of the accepted version is provided. Applicable advertising and mandatory rights are not excluded by this documentation.

Polar acts as Merchant of Record for sales/payments made through its checkout and provides its buyer terms, receipts and invoices. The details of the specific selling entity and the contractual allocation of responsibilities must be recorded before acceptance. Its involvement does not remove the obligations of the Lead Relay provider.

2. Service and limits

The plan includes one workspace, up to two operators and one compatible source. It allows opportunities to be organised with an owner, status, priority, notes, next actions and dates. Standard guided setup of that source, the reception test and instructions are included in the monthly fee. Compatibility, volume, customer dependencies and delivery date are agreed before payment.

The customer performs commercial follow-up and keeps information up to date. Delegated sales management, replies to contacts, lead acquisition, automatic commercial sending, CRM migration, full mailbox synchronisation and native WhatsApp or social-media integrations are not included. Recurring consultancy, daily human review and 24/7 availability are also excluded. Sales or commercial results are not guaranteed. Additional work requires a separate quote and acceptance.

3. Price, payment and setup

Base price: EUR 39 per month per workspace, with no setup fee. With Spanish VAT at 21% where applicable: EUR 47.19 monthly (EUR 39 base and EUR 8.19 VAT), including the first month. In other territories or tax circumstances the total may differ; tax and the final total are communicated before payment. No unaccepted supplements are applied.

The system uses a single checkout for the monthly subscription. Paid access requires its confirmation. There is no separate setup payment. Charging must not begin until the customer has the total price, terms, delivery date and acceptance of the complete proposal.

If payment is confirmed and access cannot be provided, support must resolve the issue without duplicating the charge or arrange the applicable refund when the contracted service will not be provided. Polar's refund procedure and its contractual deadline must be verified before sales open.

4. Duration, cancellation and service problems

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled, with no minimum term or mandatory annual payment. The customer may cancel future renewals through Polar's portal; if unable to access it, assistance may be requested at support@azprojs.net. Confirmation must state the effective date and last date of access. No penalty is imposed for cancelling future renewals.

Future cancellation does not by itself mean refunding periods already provided, nor does it exclude rights relating to withdrawal, lack of conformity or breach. If we cannot provide the accepted scope, the customer is informed and the applicable remedies and refunds are applied. The proposal must include a setup deadline and actual support conditions; a generic promise of immediate service is not a substitute.

5. Consumers and withdrawal

Consumer status depends on the actual purpose of the purchase. If distance-contract rules apply, there is generally a right to withdraw within fourteen days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. This may be communicated through an unequivocal statement to support@azprojs.net or the following form. The recipient's postal details must be provided before purchasing.

Model: “I notify my withdrawal from the Lead Relay contract concluded on [date], identified by [order/workspace]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper.” The consumer may use another unequivocal wording.

Any applicable refund is made without undue delay and within the legal deadline, using the original payment method unless another permissible arrangement is agreed, and without refund costs. If starting a service during that period is requested, the express request and information about its consequences must be collected separately and retained. Waiver is not presumed from paying, accessing the service or accepting privacy. The exception for downloadable digital content is not applied indiscriminately to a continuous SaaS service. Before sales to consumers are enabled, the specific applicability and consent flow must be verified; these texts do not invent an exception.

6. Data and permitted use

The customer retains rights over its data and ensures a legal basis for the data it adds. Lead Relay processes it under instructions and the data processing agreement. Data about minors, special-category data and workflows for health, credit, insurance, recruitment or other unagreed high-risk decisions must not be added.

Access is limited to the authorised team and necessary support. Customer data will not be sold or used for our own campaigns. Real data will not be sent to an undocumented and unauthorised AI provider. The customer retains supervision of priorities and actions; the service does not make decisions with legal effects on contacts.

7. Closure, export and complaints

The proposal and data processing agreement set retention and the deadline for return/erasure. Export on closure and disconnection of sources and access are provided. Exercising GDPR rights does not require a higher plan. Records that must be retained by law are separated from operational use and limited to the mandatory purpose.

Support receives incidents and complaints at support@azprojs.net; privacy matters at contact@azprojs.net. Receipt, action and response must be recorded. Customer access to authorities and competent courts, and applicable mandatory rights, are not limited. Consumers are not subjected to a jurisdiction clause that removes their legal protection.

8. Acceptance and changes

Before the first payment, full identity, proposal, taxes and total, terms, privacy and applicable DPA are provided. The buyer, date, version and exact copy of the documents and express acceptance are recorded. Checkboxes are not preselected. The privacy notice provides information; reading it is not confused with consent for purposes unrelated to the contract.

Future material changes are communicated with sufficient advance notice and are not applied retroactively to an accepted version. Any effect on price, continuity and the right to cancel must be specified before the next renewal.
