You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the AEPD. Workspace data is processed on behalf of the customer. Full information about retention, recipients and transfers must be provided before processing real data.
We are validating the product. The demo and interest list do not create payments, advances, reservations or subscriptions. The pricing page provides a reference for a future launch, with no setup fee. Before purchasing becomes available, the final price, complete contract, provider identity and tax details, scope, support, cancellation and refunds must be provided. This summary does not replace those documents or establish their acceptance.
The customer determines the legal basis and notices for their contacts. Before real data is added, a processing agreement must be formalised, specifying instructions, duration, data, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, transfers, assistance with rights and incidents, and return or erasure. Accepting this summary does not replace that agreement.
The infrastructure uses Supabase and Render; communications may use Resend, ImprovMX and Google depending on the agreed route. Polar manages payment collection and invoicing as Merchant of Record. Their roles, locations and transfer safeguards must be documented for each processing activity; using these providers does not in itself certify compliance. Lead Relay navigation measurement is suspended: no analytics identifiers or events are generated. Access and functional preferences may use browser storage.
You may request closure, export and exercise of rights at contact@azprojs.net; for billing or issues, use support@azprojs.net. Cancellation of future renewals is managed through the Polar portal. Workspace retention and the deletion deadline must be stated in the agreement; data subject to legal obligations is retained only for the applicable period. Exercising data protection rights does not require purchasing a higher plan.
