LEAD RELAY · PROTOTYPE RESEARCH

When an enquiry becomes a buying conversation

Would you want to confirm the change before the next step updates?

Try the updated review

Open the fictional interactive prototype. English interface added 8 October: the original reply, proposed change and its reason appear together. Fictional conversation text remains in its original Spanish. You can confirm or keep the earlier context. Nothing is sent or saved after reload; LinkedIn is not connected.

Earlier 30-second walkthrough · 13 September

This video shows the earlier layout. Three screenshots captured from the working local prototype, shown in sequence with English captions. This is not a continuous screen recording. The prototype interface is in Spanish; the transcript below explains each step.

What happens

  1. Enquiry arrives. Alex is exploring options. The scenario assigns Ana and sets “Review enquiry” as the next step, without entering those fields again.
  2. A buying timeline appears. The next example says “We want to buy before the end of the month.” A predefined proposal waits for a person: mark it as a possible sale and review the timeline. The previous classification and next step remain in place.
  3. A person decides. Confirming applies the proposal. Dismissing keeps the earlier context. The existing owner and scheduled follow-up are preserved. The video shows confirmation; nothing is sent.

Two questions for your workflow

What information would you need here to confirm or reject the change? Would reviewing this proposal save work, or just add another task?

You can reply in the conversation where this was shared. Please describe the process without customer names, messages or other private details. No account, payment or commitment is required.
